There is no 'top one'. To make a list from one to ten would evoke cries of favoritism. It's up to you, the consumer who you think is top dog.

Not if it was based on the review and the experiences rated review.
That would make it a public scoring system. You would only need to make sure that it was
a real user review, and not an admin/mod/tard, trying it on..!

A public poll might be do-able. I'll be able to see which admins/mods and coders are being naughty and kick their ass off lol.
