Here is my experience of AA

I purchased AA COD 4 for 25$ and immediatly after 30 minutes later i need the money urgently and i requested a refund.I only run the hack for 1 time and played maximum 30 minutes and then immediatly sent private messages to admins and posted a thread about my request.Also i tried my chance on their IRC channel.I told my exceptional situation and kindly requested the refund but they behaved me incredibly derogatory.It seems i piad them 25$ for using their hack for 30 minutes.Anyway i need the money still urgently and i hope they refund after stop making fun with me.Here are some of the messages i sent them and received :

I'm not staff but if I recall correctly it says non refundable SEVERAL TIMES before purchase.
I know that but for this time my situation is exceptional, i payed 25 $ and urgently i need this.I hope staff help me in good faith and thus i would be a permanent customer recompense their generous understanding.

They sent you the image and the link to google human remains? The response says they are not staff.

I will defend AA on this one myself.

First if it says in several places when you purchase no refunds. Then it is an unreasonable expectation after you have used the cheat to get a refund even if it was for 5 minutes.

Second unless it was a staff member that sent that to you then you have to dismiss it as trash. I know AA has been working hard lately to improve their customer service. It is evident by the lack of complaints in this site the last few months.

Wait on passing judgement on AA until you actually hear from a staff member but if the site clearly states no refunds then don't be upset if you don't get it.

First things first, our products are non-refundable, this mean no refunds.

We do make exceptions, but its like opening the package of an item.
Once you loaded the cheat, we cannot refund you.

We enforce this policy to avoid abuse of our cheats and intentional sub switching.
