Artificial Aiming... one of the oldest and most (in)famous hack sites ever. My first experience with AA, several years ago, was not the best experience in the world. It is time to see how they have changed over the years.
Detections:
ArtificialAiming is one of the biggest hack sites in existence. As they are a large site, they are a large target. Even though they are a large target, they have had a fairly low detection rate as of lately. Like nearly every other hack site out there, ArtificialAiming has had some Battlefield 3 detections. Lately, they have also had some screenshot-cleaning issues with their Battlefield 3 hack, which has resulted in some dirty screenshots.
Besides Battlefield 3, they have had the sporadic detection every once in a while, as would be expected with from a large hack site. Overall (at least lately), their record doesn't look too bad.

Ease of Use:
The ArtificialAiming loader has always been known for its ease of use and features. It still remains a very good looking and easy-to-use system. Setting up the loader to use requires minimal effort. Occasionally, some software is required to get things working, but it is overall straightforward.
Customer Support:
The ArtificialAiming forums are full of information on how to get the loader and hacks working. Most of the staff and moderators are helpful, as well as other members. ArtificialAiming offers an IRC server for live support.
Features / Quality:
ArtificialAiming has a long list of available hacks that are fully-featured. In saying that, many of the hacks don't have special features specific for that game. Many of the hacks are "average." This does not take away from how effective they are though.
The Battlefield 3 hack has many of the much-desired features, including mass-murder, one hit kill and a vehicle aimbot. The Modern Warfare 3 hack is also fully featured with an auto-wall feature. However, it does not stand up to some other hacks available.
The All Points Bulletin: Reloaded hack available from ArtificialAiming is also very effective, but does not stand out against other hacks.
Overall, the hacks available from ArtificialAiming are average or above average with a few that stand out.
The loader saves your password as an unencrypted string in a configuration file with the loader executable.

Price:
ArtificialAiming has some advantages and disadvantages for the prices for offered hacks. If you are looking for a packaged deal with multiple cheats, ArtificialAiming offers an excellent deal for a "Masterpackage" hack. They also offer a one-week introduction subscription to all hacks for $20.
If you are looking to purchase an full-featured single hack, ArtificialAiming has a rather high price. Each fully-featured hack alone is $25 for one month. This is one of the highest prices for a single hack today.
A package may be a good deal, but single hacks are not-so-good deals for their price.

Website / Community:
The ArtificialAiming website has changed very little in the past years. They have had no need to change a functional website.
The ArtificialAiming community is well-known for different, not all good, reasons. Overall, the AA community is helpful and courteous, with most staff members setting a good example. But, not all staff and community members fit into the "helpful and courteous" category. Details will not be given in this review, but there are several staff members that are infamous for less-than-courteous behavior. The occasional community member or VIP can also be less than courteous to other community members.
