Few times I met hackers that able destroy vehicles with just one shot, didn't matter what weapon they were using (pistol, sniper firfle etc)... Please tell me which site sell this awesome hacks?

I dont think this actually exists...when you used to shoot c4 the kill would be credited to your weapon and not the c4 so that may be what you have seen
