I came across TMCheats a few months ago, right in the brunt of their Battlefield 3 detections. Weary of going back to the site because of this and question business ethics I've heard about lately, I decided to give a few of their hacks a try.
Besides their Battlefield 3 hack, which has an instant-kill feature, most of their other hacks feature an aimbot that is best used for legitimate gameplay and not raging. Many of their other hacks cannot stand up against competition.
Detections:
TMCheats is infamously known for its Battlefield 3 detections. They have been detected more times than every other hack site out combined. At the time of writing this review, the status of the TMCheats Battlefield 3 hack is "Unknown."
While the detection rate is high, TMCheats does offer an "insurance" service. For a cost of $5 per month, they will replace up to one CD key per month.
Besides Battlefield 3, their detection rate is virtually non-existent.

Ease of Use:
The TMCheats loader is fairly straightforward to use. There is some software installation and updating required to fix some bugs and issues but nothing too out of the ordinary. Most of their hacks seem to have an issue with running in fullscreen mode versus not fullscreen mode, which can be a pain to those that wish to run their game in fullscreen mode.

Customer Support:
The staff of TMCheats is limited to only a few members, so support required from an administrator or coder can be delayed. They offer multiple forms of support: Live Chat and regular forum support. The multiple forms of support does not stop the mentioned delays though.
As well as support delays, it seems that the TM "Insurance" service also experiences delays, forcing users to wait for any replacement CD keys.

The first and biggest concern about any hack from TMCheats is the fact that there is a folder called "TMC Default" stored in the root of the hard drive (C:\). As well as that, remnants of the Battlefield 3 cheat have been found in the root Battlefield 3 folder.
As for the Battlefield 3 hack itself, it is impressive (if detections are avoided). The Battlefield 3 hack is fully featured, featuring an instant-kill function that can kill anyone from anywhere within a server. This instant-kill feature competes well with similar functions from other sites.
TMCheats offer a Modern Warfare 3 hack. The hack does not have an autowall feature, making the hack very vulernable to any hack that does have that feature. The aimbot also does not stand up to par versus other available aimbots.
Other hacks they sell, such as Battlefield Play4Free, share the same standard for aimbots as their Modern Warfare 3 aimbot.
The loader saves your password as an unencrypted string in the root folder.

- .5 points for unencrypted password storage
- .5 points for subpar hacks for other games
Price:
TMCheats offers competitive pricing for their hacks. Their hacks are offered in "Battlefield" and "Call of Duty" packages for $20 each. This beats many prices offered for more expensive cheats.

The main website for TMCheats is very well laid out and very informative. I found the information I needed about their hacks quickly and without any errors.
The TMCheats forum is also well laid out. Some troubleshooting forum posts are a little difficult to find, but is pretty clear and straightforward otherwise.
The TMCheats community is also fairly straightforward. They have active VIPs that help newer users when administrators are not around.
