I have had 2 subscription for this site and I will base my review off these.
Note: I'm a casual player, I buy hacks just so I can enjoy the game but I don't hack excessively or do I have unrealistically high standards for hacks.
My first subscription was for BF:H. I could not get the hack to work properly, my fault, but at the time it just doesn't seem to work for my computer. I spent a day waiting at their IRC channel only to get a "Well it's working for me, so it has something to do with your end". I was really sad then but I didn't really mind so I ask for a refund but it was denied.
I got ban after a bit for chargebacking since I was not going to pay for the hack that did not work for me. This is really bad of me but I waited 48 hours for support and tried my best for it to work.

Months have pass and I was in search for some good AVA hacks, there was no other site at the time that had AVA hacks and I end up coming here again. At first, I was scared but some of the people I knew said that the hack was working fine at the time they were using it.
The hack was flawless, I had a really fun time using it and I felt really bad about what I did to them on my previous subscription. I tried to join in with the community but it seemed like my section was quite but that's okay.
Then an update came and the hack was patch. My AVA account was ban but it was a new account anyway so I didn't really care. The problem was that the AVA hack no longer worked. This is normal, since there was just an update and I'm very realistic when it comes to these thing so I don't really mind.
I made a thread asking if anyone else had a problem. I got some odd responses saying that it worked when it didn't but it later became clear that it no longer work. Helios said he would look into in and that was the only staff support and only information that we got. Few days later, many threads made, no reply from any staff or anyone who had a clue when it will be updated.
I request a refund on paypal(not CC), I didn't want to cc again and I don't mind if he took my money but I just wanted to at least try. He refunded my money and remove my subscription. Maybe I should of ask Helios himself instead of Doobie something for a refund for my first subscription.
Even with all this I give this site a 3/5 stars
If the hack works, it's perfect. The hack alone deserves the 3 stars. GUI looks nice and simple and easy to use. Aimbot was awesome. If the hack was working for me I would of stayed for sure.
Not enough about the community to rate it, my section was dead. All of Helios post's are professional and well thought out(from lurking).
-1 for price Extremely expensive compared to other sites that provide the same features even if the coding seem less sophisticated then helios's
-1 Personal experience I'm not sure if I had a really bad luck or this happens to many people but it seems like this does not happen a lot in AA.
I plan on retrying AA in the future but with the current prices I might end up subscribing to other sites just because I'm a cheap ass and I do not hack enough to make it worth my money.
I've seen reviews that get bashed just because it is not positive, I do not mean any harm and I just want to post my experience. I believe AA is risky for me but would definitely be worth the risk if the hack work.
